Our team is passionate about connecting top employers and top talent, and we know that referrals are the best way to make this connection. Co-founder Derek Edwards previously founded an IT consulting company where he quickly realized that his best employees came from referrals. During a highly competitive job market, co-founder Kurt Prosser leveraged his network to land multiple job offers and relied on friends' advice to help determine which job was the best fit.

This passion is amplified by the many stories from recruiters, employers and candidates.
